The pops are chock-full of pineapple and coconut flavor, as well as texture: Every bite has a burst of crushed pineapple and chewy bits of shredded coconut. 50. Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake

The idea here is the same as a classic pineapple upside-down cake, except in a more substantial, Bundt cake form. Instead of laying pineapple rings flat over the bottom, semicircles of pineapple follow the curves of the Bundt pan, with bright red maraschino cherries between each one. The pineapple and vanilla-scented cake bakes up in about an hour, and you’ll get 10 generous slices from it. Serve them with whipped cream or ice cream.
