The story of The Tartarus Key is about Alex Young, who finds herself trapped in a mansion filled with traps, puzzles, cameras and so on. After hearing this, only one game comes to mind: Resident Evil 1. But there is a difference between Resident Evil 1 and The Tartarus Key. That difference is the camera angle. The Tartarus Key will give us a perspective of main character, which is First Person View.
The Tartarus Key announcement trailer show us the world of the game where we witness many bizzarre events. Sound effects, puzzles, cameras, everything are intended to make player feel unsafe in this mansion. It”s almost like Resident Evil 1 but First Person view.
