They also assist individuals who are on the verge of homelessness and have teams who go through the city providing blankets for individuals who are sleeping on the streets. The Roanke Rambler is reporting that HAT has outgrown their building at 339 Salem Ave and the City plans to relocate them just a few blocks away to 1 Jefferson Street in between the Amtrack platform and the Wells Fargo Tower.
