Legal tent villages known as “managed campsites” in Denver soon will have their own zoning. That means the city will codify their existence in the zoning code. The sites will be allowed in one spot for up to four years. After that, they must vacate the site for four years. If a site only occupies a site for one year, it can return after one year.
