CBI court acquits two men booked in 1989 for ‘conspiring’ to kill industrialist Nusli Wadia,The court cleared Ivan Sequera and Ramesh Jagothia of charges, including criminal conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code and relevant sections of the Arms Act. Two others, main accused Kirti Ambani and Arjun Babaria, passed away pending trial and the case against them was abated.
