Key tunnel in downtown Fort Lauderdale reopens after flooding and water pump damage
A tunnel under the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale was reopened Tuesday afternoon hours after it was shut down due to flooding from back-to-back days of stormy weather, according to authorities.
