NC State offers Chambers sophomore WR Arrion Concepcion
North Carolina State University is the latest to extend a verbal scholarship offer to Chambers sophomore wide receiver Arrion Concepcion. Arrion is the younger brother of current NC State player Kevin Concepcion. The older Concepcion signed with NC State in December.
